Whether you're sitting at a desk or on your feet all day, heavily active or not active at all, having a strong core helps the body stay aligned and free of injury.

To say Shari is passionate about her work would be an understatement, Shari's work is her life. After completing an extensive worldwide study program in classical Pilates, she began her career as a full time classical Pilates instructor. She believes in the method Joseph created and thrives off of the life changing results it gives her clients! With the belief that all great instructors must remain students, Shari continues to study and grow upon her craft. As a mother, she remains physically active in her every day life and applies the methods of the mind-body connection she has discovered through Pilates.
